Starting June 25th you will now see a Merchant Quantity (QTY) column and an FBA Quantity (QTY) column within your Pricing Manager page. This will replace the previous singular Quantity (QTY) field. This is a big difference from how it was previously where there was one quantity column for both FBA and Merchant Fulfilled listings.
Why was this change made?
Several of our clients would have a MFN and an FBA listing on the same ASIN. When establishing their inventory, they would assign the same SKU to both listings as it was indeed the same product. This would cause a conflict within our system and cause the listings to interfere with each other.
With this change, our current clients can list with the same SKU and it will not cause any issues.
How will this effect my current inventory?
Many of our current clients have already created separate SKU's for their items so this will not have a major impact. You will see two line items within the Pricing Manager and you will work with your inventory as normal.
If you do have two listings on the same ASIN, we will deduct from the FBA quantity first and then defer to the MFN quantity. You do not have the ability to prioritize which quantity is deducted from first but we do plan on adding option in a future release.
I do not see this column currently, how can I add this column to view the FBA quantity?
