Your leadtime to ship is the time (in days) between when you receive an order and when it is shipped. This often referred to as your handling time. Your leadtime to ship for Amazon and Jet.com must be managed through SellerActive. For all other marketplaces, you can manage it directly in your seller portal.
Your leadtime to ship for Amazon must be managed through SellerActive (except for repricing-only accounts). SellerActive includes your leadtime to ship in all outbound quantity updates to Amazon. If you adjust your leadtime directly in Amazon Seller Central it will be overridden on the next quantity update from SellerActive for that item.
Setting the same leadtime to ship for your entire Amazon inventory can be done via the drop-down menu within the Amazon integration settings in your SellerActive account (plug icon → select Amazon).
Make sure you click 'save' after selecting your leadtime to ship on the integrations page.
Individual SKU basis:
Setting your leadtime to ship for Amazon on an individual SKU basis can be done in the pricing manager or via file upload.
When setting the leadtime to ship in the pricing manager or via file upload you should only enter a single digit, not a range. For example, if your leadtime to ship is 2-3 days then you should put 3 in the leadtime to ship column.
If the majority of your inventory has the same leadtime to ship and a few items differ, you can set the site-wide leadtime to ship for your inventory and only need to set the leadtime to ship on an individual SKU basis for the items that differ from the site-wide setting.
Managing your leadtime to ship for eBay/eBay motors via SellerActive is optional. If you input a leadtime in our system we will include it in our outbound quantity updates to the marketplace, otherwise, you can manage it directly on the marketplace and SellerActive will not affect it. Leadtime to ship for eBay/eBay Motors can only be adjusted on an individual SKU basis in SellerActive (refer to instructions in Amazon section above).
Managing your leadtime to ship for Walmart via SellerActive is only an option for Walmart listings that were created via SellerActive. You can adjust your leadtime to ship by uploading the original file you used to create those listings while making any adjustments to your leadtime in that file. Alternatively, you can elect to manage your leadtime for these listing directly in your seller portal for Walmart.
You must manage your leadtime to ship directly on Walmart for listings that were not created via SellerActive.
Currently, making adjustments to your leadtime to ship for Jet.com must be handled by the SellerActive Support Team. Please submit a request to our support team by emailing email@example.com with the SKU(s) and their corresponding leadtimes.
