SellerActive can automate the process of fulfilling orders from marketplaces/sites other than Amazon with your FBA inventory. In order to accomplish this, your SKUs on these marketplaces must match your FBA listings. You’ll need to establish shipping method mappings within your SellerActive account so that the order gets sent to the Amazon fulfillment warehouse with the appropriate fulfillment method (Standard, Expedited, or Priority). Tracking will automatically be retrieved from Amazon and routed to the appropriate marketplace when the order is shipped.
Mapping Shipping Methods for Automated Fulfillment
Shipping method mappings are located on the integrations page for Amazon, below all of your settings.
Select "Add new Record" and a pop-up window will appear where you select the site the orders will be originating from, the shipping method you offer on that site, and the FBA fulfillment method.
In the example below, we're creating a mapping for eBay orders that are purchased with UPS Ground shipping, and we want Amazon to fulfill it via Standard Shipping.
Click update and the mapping should appear in the table below your settings.
Once mappings are created, all future orders with a corresponding FBA SKU will be sent to Amazon for fulfillment. You can create a shipping method mapping for each delivery method you offer on your various marketplaces/sites.
Note: You must have quantity available in the FBA warehouse for an order to be sent to Amazon for fulfillment
Manually Sending Orders to Amazon for Fulfillment
If you do not have shipping method mappings in place then you can still send orders to Amazon's fulfillment warehouse via the SellerActive Order Manager. Like the automated process, the SKU on the non-Amazon marketplace/site must match an FBA listing.
Add the 'FBA Qty" column to your dashboard. This column will display the available quantity in the FBA warehouse and will have a "create order" button. Click create order.
An FBA Order Preview window will appear. Here you can select how the order should be fulfilled by Amazon.
Once you've selected the shipping method, an "Order Summary" section will appear. Review the order summary and click "Place Order".
