SellerActive can automatically send orders from non-Amazon marketplaces to be fulfilled by Amazon. As long as your SKU's match from one integration to the other, you can utilize FBA stock to fulfill these orders. In other words, if you are mapping an FBA shipping method to eBay, the eBay SKUs must match the Amazon SKUs in SellerActive. These mappings must be established before the order being placed.
After you have successfully integrated your Amazon account with SellerActive, more Amazon and SellerActive-specific options will become available, like automated FBA fulfillment. Scroll to the very bottom, and you should see a large box to assist with creating your methods.
When you select "Add new record" it will prompt a new window and you can select the Site, Shipping Method, and FBA method you want to ship with.
For this example, every order on eBay that utilized "UPSGround" will be sent with an Amazon "Standard" shipping rate. You will have to map each Shipping Method from the corresponding marketplace independently. If the Shipping Method is not mapped, then the automation will not work.
Can I choose which orders I would like to fulfill with FBA stock?
Certain sellers may have inventory in the FBA warehouse as well as stock on-hand. Unfortunately this process is will effect all orders that are synced with your FBA stock and you will not be able to choose certain order to fulfill. You can choose not to create an automated mapping and instead manually choose to prompt the FBA cross-channel process.
How can I manually send on order to the FBA warehouse?
The first step is to confirm that the SKU is matching the appropriate FBA SKU. If the SKU's are linked, you can utilize the Order Management page along with the "FBA Qty" column. You will isolate the order, and you can verify it is connected to FBA inventory due to the "Create Order" option.
The quantity indicates how much inventory is at the warehouse at the time of you jumping onto this page. You will select the "link" and a new window will generate.
Once everything is entered, the window will expand and you can submit this information to the FBA warehouse.
If you do not complete this process, then the order will remain "Unshipped" within your Order Manager and has the potential to not ship out at all. If you have ShipStation or IBS integrated, then there is the possibility of this order being sent to the Shipping Solution. If you have the automated process engaged, these orders will not go to either Shipping Solution.
