Jet.com has several product statuses that may appear on their Dashboard but have limited verbiage or documentation surrounding them. When listing products for the first time, these statuses could be crucial in the timing for your items to be approved. Typically the listing process takes 5-60 days depending on the valid information you have provided and whether or not the listing already exists for sale on the marketplace.
- Keep in mind that there is a human Jet.com employee that is checking all of the listings being sent to their marketplace. This can delay the process somewhat and it is much slower then Amazon or Walmart in comparison
- Always list an item with quantity and always save your upload templates for use later. If you run into an issue with a listing, it will save a lot of time if you save the file and edit the changes you need to make.
- We cannot export your inventory from Jet.com in an effort to fix some of your listings. If you run into an issue with a SKU on Jet.com and it does not pull into SellerActive, you will have to contact Jet.com in order to provide reasoning and potentially start that listing from scratch. We do not export images, descriptions, etc. from the marketplace so you will need to provide that information if you listed through another third party prior to SellerActive.
