If you have additional questions on listing to Jet.com please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Is it difficult to setup the Jet.com integration?
Sellers will need to go through the Jet Runway for first time listings. The process is not difficult but can take some time. Jet requires this of all third-party software partners that connect with them. There is a detailed walk-through on how to complete this process here.
Can SellerActive help me to start selling on Jet?
Yes, but you must be approved by Jet before getting access to API information/log-in credentials. This process may take weeks to months in order to get processed so we suggest reaching out sooner rather than later. To start the process, click here.
I have multiple fulfillment nodes on Jet – does SellerActive support that?
Currently, we only support one fulfillment node at a time. You are able to reach out to Jet to merge fulfillment nodes but that will need to be done in order to pull in all Jet inventory if you have more than one fulfillment node.
What ProductID do I use in order to list to Jet?
You can currently utilize ASIN and UPC with the appropriate ProductID Type in the template.
Can I list variations?
Yes, you can list with variations using any category specific template.
I heard there is a category system associated with listing to Jet, is this true?
Jet uses a human approval process for all listings. There is a Jet Taxonomy you can reference for selecting categories. If you are using an ASIN, Jet may default to a category of their choosing, as opposed to the category you include in your upload template. This is usually a general category. Jet may not approve a product if it is in the incorrect category and they will mark it with a "Missing Market Data" status.
How long does it take for my listing to be approved by Jet?
It depends on the product you are listing. We have seen items approved in as short as a week, while others take up to 2 months. Typically if the item you are trying to sell is already being sold by other customers, the approval will be quite fast. If the item has never been sold on Jet before, the process could be delayed as Jet decides if they want to sell that product.
I see some products listed “Under Jet Review”, what does that mean?
Typically this means that the item was approved by Jet to be listed, but the seller needs to transition the item to a “Live” status. Per Jet, this process may take up to 48 business hours to be adjusted. We have also seen these items be available for order, and you will see those orders in Jet and SellerActive.
I am trying to adjust my shipping price (or establish a shipping exception), and there is nowhere to apply them. What are my next steps?
Typically there is one shipping price for all Jet products. If you have a product that has a higher shipping cost, you will need to establish a shipping exception on an individual item basis. In the short term, you will have to contact SellerActive support to assist you in this process: email@example.com. Please provide the SKU and the price of shipping you would like to put in place for quick adjustment.
