When an integration is first established and successfully connected, we will automatically request an inventory file from the marketplace. Every marketplace is slightly different so not all inventory may be imported. Typically items that are inactive or not available for sale at the time of the integration will not be imported in all cases, however we will attempt to bring in as much as we can on the initial import.
Certain marketplaces will consistently send SellerActive updated inventory files while others will only send every 24 hours, meaning at the very least all new inventory that is listed on the marketplace should be imported within 24 hours. If a product is listed through SellerActive it will immediately display in the Pricing Manager page and should be up on the marketplace shortly, pending any upload errors. If an upload error occurs, it will display in your upload history page.
- SellerActive can prompt for new inventory files outside of these regular updates, however there is no guarantee that the marketplace will include a newly listed SKU.
- You can create the listing within SellerActive before the listing has been imported (and not have it affect the item on the marketplace) however this could influence the overall quantity sync within your account.
- There are certain integrations we don't prompt for inventory at all and are reliant on those integrations for updates (i.e. SKUVault).
