If you were previously using another third-party system prior to subscribing to SellerActive it is possible that the previous company is still connected to your Amazon account and could be overriding SellerActive updates.
Click here or follow the instructions below to verify connections to your previous systems have been severed.
1. Log in to your Amazon Seller Central Account
2. Select "User Permissions" from the "Settings" drop-down menu
3. Look under the "Amazon MWS Developer Permissions" section for any third-party systems that should no longer have access to your account and revoke access if needed.
Note: If the Amazon MWS Developer Permissions page does not appear within your seller central account then you do not have sufficient permissions to access this page. You will need to log as the account manager or admin.
