Seller Fulfilled Prime is a program that Amazon offers to their sellers. Sellers cannot opt in for this program, Amazon will choose sellers to join this program based on their ratings and the size of account. It is a strict program and Amazon can remove sellers from it at anytime.
Clients will have a higher "required" shipping timeframe in exchange for their items to have FBA status, thus having a higher chance at capturing the BuyBox. SellerActive can recognize these orders and display them with proper identification in the Order Manager.
How do I know when an order is Seller Fulfilled Prime?
There will be a "P" marker displayed next to the Seller Fulfilled Prime order within the Order Manager page. This is a visual marker and will not affect how SellerActive handles orders.
This marker is then translated to Desktop Shipper and indicates this item is eligible for different shipping options.
- Currently ShipStation does not display a difference on their end through the SellerActive integration. Sellers would need to sync their Amazon directly to ShipStation in order to get those "faster" shipping options automatically.
